HOW I APPROACH PROBLEMS
Research first. Solutions second.
I'm most interested in understanding what people need, where an experience is falling short, and what could make it work better.
01
I explore audience behaviors, needs, motivations, and pain points through consumer research, surveys, focus groups, market research, competitive analysis, and existing data.
02
I synthesize research into insights, personas, journeys, and clearly defined problems to understand where an experience is falling short and where opportunities for improvement exist.
03
I translate those insights into strategic recommendations, experience concepts, mockups, and communication ideas that can be developed and refined collaboratively.

ABOUT ME
My educational background in digital marketing has given me experience across consumer research, communications, media strategy, analytics, and creative development. Along the way, I discovered that I'm most drawn to the work that happens before the final solution: understanding audiences, finding patterns in research, identifying pain points, and exploring how an experience could work better.
Before returning to school, I served in the United States Air Force, where I developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and responsibility. I'm now completing my master's degree in Digital Marketing at Wake Forest University, where I've had the opportunity to apply those strengths across research, strategy, and experience-focused projects.
I'm especially interested in remote opportunities where I can contribute independently as part of a thoughtful, collaborative team and help turn audience insights into more useful, accessible, and human-centered experiences.
